Barth Multipress RP Comfort
Standard unit includes:
• Powder-coated hollow steel frame
• 3 centrally controlled rack-and-pinion pressure elements
• 90° stopper for lateral pressure
The electronic control is centralized to one lever on the side of the frame. Each individual pressing element can be toggled on or off on the head to move simultaneously with the rest, or stay in a fixed position.
To make removing excess glue which has dried on the press easy, many of our Barth operators choose to coat the vertical uprights and base of their press in a thin layer of glue-repellent coating. Bates BC Glue Release is a popular choice for protecting the surface of your press from build-up.
Multi-clamping allows for several goods of different dimensions to be pressed simultaneously- cabinet boxes can be clamped at the same time as large panels or eccentric-shaped furniture pieces. Multi-clamping is usually done by oversized industrial-sized presses which are difficult to transport and offer very little flexibility. Our Barth Multi-Press systems can be customized with everything you need, while still retaining mobility via a castor mobility kit- the right-sized press for a medium-sized wood shop with diverse projects to build. Presses arrive disassembled, and require easy on-site assembly.
