We are writing to inform you that, on August 23, 2025, Rangate will increase our JOINTING and GLUING US product pricing by an average of 9%, due to a recent 15% U.S. tariff public announcement. At the same time, there will be an additional 2-8% price increase for our carbide products, due to increased cost of raw materials.

Our Canadian pricing will increase by 2 to 8% for our carbide products only. There is no duty impact at this time in Canada.

The impacted products are:

• The JOINTING products, including our cutters, carbide insert knives, saw blades, and CNC accessories and tools.
• The GLUING products include our PVA gluing systems, nozzles, and spare parts.

We are holding pricing in our CLAMPING, MOVING, and REPAIR products. Any price change may be implemented separately without notice. We will try our best to maintain our current prices for products in these categories:

• The CLAMPING products include our frame presses and accessories.
• The MOVING products are our standard and large hydraulic lift carts.
• The REPAIR products are our Rangate Knot Filler and Rangate Timber Filler systems.

Background:

With the recent announcement of a 15% tariff on all European goods entering the U.S. and other associated U.S. importation charges, it is necessary to implement our price increase to cover this significant, stair-step increase. Furthermore, the global economy demands a price increase in raw materials. Therefore, we will increase our JOINTING and GLUING product pricing on August 23, 2025. We will are splitting the tariff in our pricing to sustain our own and our clients' businesses.
